We have had a fantastic 2018, and hope that you have as well. As you are reflecting over the past year, we hope that you are also reflecting on the important work that Communities In Schools of Puyallup is doing to meet the needs of at-risk students in our community. 

Many of the students that we work with have numerous barriers to their learning. Obstacles like not having adequate food, clothing, school supplies, or a caring adult at home put a number of barriers in front of them when it comes to their education. However, these are resilient students who still want to learn and do their best, despite their situation. 

There are approximately 7,800 students that are living in poverty within our school district. Communities In Schools of Puyallup seeks to provide these students with the supports that they need to be successful in school and in life. 

We hope that during this holiday season, you join us with financial support to continue making differences in these children's lives. It truly takes a community of support, so will you join that community?
